- POBA was established in 1975 to imporve the welfare and quality of life for public officials. In 1990, the POBA Speacial Law (Act No. 4276) was announced and implemented by the goverment through which our commitment to imporving our members' lives was strengthened even further.
- Goal
- Provide Services that heighten the well-being of, and stabilize a quality standard of living for, our members.
